CCTV Installation Complete at Brooklyn's Bayview Houses
New York State Assemblyman Alan Maisel, State Senator John Sampson and New York City Housing Authority Chairman John B. Rhea will join Bayview Houses Tenant Association President Sheryl Boyce to formally announce the completed installation of CCTV cameras in targeted areas of the Bayview Houses.
(Media-Newswire.com) - New York State Assemblyman Alan Maisel, State Senator John Sampson and New York City Housing Authority Chairman John B. Rhea will join Bayview Houses Tenant Association President Sheryl Boyce to formally announce the completed installation of CCTV cameras in targeted areas of the Bayview Houses.
In addition to providing a measure of safety and security to the residents of this Brooklyn development, these cameras should deter acts of vandalism that harm the quality of life in the area. Maisel secured $250,000 in New York State capital funding for the cameras; and Sampson secured $100,000 from the same funds.
