(Media-Newswire.com) - This fall the Administration on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities has been pleased to partner with CDC in disseminating information nationwide about the importance of flu vaccine for children with developmental disabilities. Our DD Network has been effective in getting the word out to families and health care providers as flu season came upon us.
Continuing this effort, CDC is launching a new website, in English and Spanish, with information about this immunization campaign for children with developmental disabilities. We hope you will continue to share information about the importance and availability of the flu vaccine through your outreach work. Thank you for helping children to best health through information to parents and providers!
