Iowa Lakes Men's Basketball Breaks Back into the Top 25
The Iowa Lakes Community College Men's Basketball broke back into this week's NJCAA Div. II top 25 coaches' poll at #15, after defeating conference rival Des Moines Area Community College, a ranked opponent last Saturday in Estherville.
(Media-Newswire.com) - The Iowa Lakes Community College Men’s Basketball broke back into this week's NJCAA Div. II top 25 coaches' poll at #15, after defeating conference rival Des Moines Area Community College, a ranked opponent last Saturday in Estherville.
The Lakers, now 8-4 overall and 3-1 in the conference, face ABCD prep on Wednesday, January 9, at 7:30 p.m. following the women's game that starts at 5:30.
"Coming off of the win against DMACC and now breaking back into the top 25 is a highlight of how we want to finish our season," Head Coach Troy Larson said. "We came back focused after break and know we have a lot of work to do to accomplish our goals."
