(Media-Newswire.com) - Fox News 1340 WGAU is proud to begin 2013 by welcoming noted political pundit Martha Zoller to its weekday line up.
Martha joins WGAU News Director Tim Bryant for "Zoller and Bryant" weekday mornings from six until nine. "Zoller and Bryant", which debuted January seventh on Fox News 1340 WGAU, will feature news and discussion of local and national issues as well as interviews and guests.
"I'm thrilled to be back on the radio and even more thrilled to be on a station with the heritage of WGAU," said Martha. "There's so much going on in Georgia and in our country right now that really needs the type of in depth review and discussion that this show will provide." Tim Bryant echoed similar sentiments. "We need to get past sound bites and talking points to really make sure our listeners understand all sides of the issues. I think this show will give us a great forum to do just that."
"Zoller and Bryant" will draw heavily upon the backgrounds of each host to create a unique mix of news and opinion in the Northeast Georgia Market. Martha Zoller, in addition to running for Congress, has been a syndicated talk show host, and is frequently a panelist on The Georgia Gang, and a guest on many national news shows on networks like CNN, PBS, ABC, MSNBC. Tim Bryant has been the News Director for Fox News 1340 WGAU since 1998 and has also worked as correspondent for ABC and the Associated Press, a commentator for the BBC and Radio New Zealand.
"We're lucky to have these exceptional talents here at Cox Media Group Athens, and when we had the opportunity to pair them together, there was no question about doing it," said General Manager/VP Scott Smith of the "Zoller and Bryant" Show. "Fox News 1340 WGAU's audience is in for quite a treat because both Martha and Tim understand the importance of serving the community by delving into the news and issues, but their passion for it, is what will really set this show apart in Northeast Georgia."
Martha Zoller is available for interviews and is represented by the nation public relations firm, Eclectic Media Productions.
