Small business owners, veterans and anyone interested in starting their own business is invited to attend a free seminar presented by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA).
(Media-Newswire.com) - Small business owners, veterans and anyone interested in starting their own business is invited to attend a free seminar presented by the U.S. Small Business Administration ( SBA ).
“It’s impossible to put a price tag on the wealth of free information offered during these seminars,” said Mohave Community College’s Small Business Development Center ( SBDC ) executive director, Mark Retersdorf. “Plus, attendees will have the opportunity to talk with someone extremely knowledgeable about the current state of small businesses across America.”
Jim Pipper, a marketing and outreach specialist for the SBA’s Arizona District, will conduct the free seminars hosted by MCC’s SBDC. The first presentation will be offered from 5:30-7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 5 in Room 815 on MCC’s Lake Havasu City campus at 1977 Acoma Blvd., West. Another presentation is scheduled from 8:30-10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 6 in Room 200F on the Neal Campus-Kingman at 1971 Jagerson Ave.
Pipper is expected to present information regarding veterans’ services, how to start your own business, state trade and export, small business loans and resources, and conducting business with the federal government.
