News Facts New York Methodist Hospital, a nonprofit hospital and teaching organization, selected Kronos time and attendance, employee scheduling, and absence management applications to replace an older workforce management solution for more ease of use so employees and managers can spend significantly less time on processes. The previous system did not align attendance data with payroll records.
