EAST LANSING, Mich. - A high-powered advisory committee, whose charge is to attract the half-billion dollar Facility for Rare Isotope Beams project to Michigan State University, will hold a public briefing at noon Tuesday, Sept. 9, at the Detroit Athletic Club, to discuss the potential economic impact of the project.
