DiNardo Brown Named James' Chief Communications Officer

(Media-Newswire.com) - COLUMBUS, Ohio – Theresa DiNardo Brown ( 43085 ) has been named chief communications officer for The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center – James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute.
In her new role, DiNardo Brown serves as the lead strategist and administrator of branding and marketing for the cancer program. Reporting directly to Dr. Michael Caligiuri, director of Ohio State’s Comprehensive Cancer Center and CEO of The James, she also coordinates internal communications.
As president of her own consulting firm, Brown Communications, Inc., DiNardo Brown has experience in healthcare marketing, media and public relations with emphasis on marketing department management, account and project management, client service, strategic and business planning, crisis communications and media relations.
A Phi Beta Kappa, summa cum laude graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University, her previous experience includes serving as a legislative intern and aide for the Ohio Senate, press secretary and assistant director of communications for Ohio’s Secretary of State, and director of public relations and education for the Columbus Board of Realtors.
