Governor Douglas Wishes Longtime WCAX News Director and Anchor Marselis Parsons Well in Retirement Congratulates Anson Tebbetts on New Position

(Media-Newswire.com) - Montpelier, Vt. – Governor Jim Douglas today wished longtime WCAX news director and anchor, Marselis Parsons well as he plans to retire from Channel 3 later this year.
