(Media-Newswire.com) - The exciting news for current Verizon Wireless customers is that early on February 3, the company will begin to take orders for the much hyped and anticipated iPhone. Those looking to grab the Apple iPhone can do so on February 3 but limits on quantity might come to play.
For three years, the iPhone has been exclusive to AT&T in the USA until a January 2011 announcement that the phone will be made available for the Verizon network. While the phone will not be taking advantage of the new 4G service, many current customers of Verizon as well as AT&T clients might take up the switch to the new iPhone on Verizon.
Non-customers of the network will reportedly have to wait until February 10 to try and secure a phone with the company along with their new contract. Prices are rumored to be $199 for the 16GB model and $299 32GB model with appropriate contract.
